研究成果の概要（和文）：　本研究では、いじめ予防のためには、狭義の道徳教育だけでは効果は得られず、清掃指導や給食指導が重要な意味をもっていることを明らかにした。具体的には、掃除や給食の時間を一人一人の活躍の場であると同時に社会性を育む場であるという両義性の成り立つ場として重視すると同時に、教師がともに加わることで教師の存在の力を示すことが鍵になることが明らかになった。研究成果については、各年の免許更新講習における講義で受講生に示すと同時に、茨城県で出している『茨城教育』で公表した。研究成果の概要（英文）： This study clarifies that moral education is not sufficient without the　guidannce of dayly life in order to prevent bullying at school and that teahcers' guidance of　cleaning activities and of school lunch is importannt. Under the guidance of cleaning activities　and of school lunch, individual children can play an active part vigorously and at the same time　develop the social nature. At that time, teachers being has a great effect on the development of　children's morarity. I made pubulic the reserch result in classes of licence renewal and in "　Ibaraki-kyoiku", which reports various of practices.
