研究成果の概要（和文）：質問紙及びインタビューによる調査等から，子どもが別居親と交流を持つことは，子どもの親への信頼感において，重要な要因となることが確認された。また，別居親と子どもが満足するような面会交流がされている方がそうでない場合よりも，自己肯定感や環境への適応が高いことも明らかになった。また、ノルウェー視察の結果については、関連の学会だけでなく、家庭裁判所の調査官や臨床心理市などの専門家への研修においても、報告をすることができた。日本における離婚後の子どもの権利擁護のあり方について、一定の示唆を行うことができた。研究成果の概要（英文）：A survey study using questionnaires and individual interviews examined the continuation of exchanges between estranged parents and children after divorce. Trust for the non-residential parent was revealed as an important factor. In addition, factors involved in the visitation exchanges, such as the child’s satisfaction, as well as adaptation to self-affirmation and the environment, were also revealed as high. Financial support from the non-residential parent was important for children’s growth. As a result of a visit to Norway, not only with the congress, investigators of the family court, also in the training of professionals such as clinical psychologists, was able to announce. The results of the study have important implications for children’s rights advocacy after divorce in Japan.
