研究成果の概要 (和文) : 非営利組織を経営するにあたって、非営利組織の経営管理者がどのような問題に直面し、それに対してどのような意思決定を行っているかについて、マネジメント・コントロールの視点から検討した。マネジメント・コントロールは、経営管理者が、組織のメンバーに対して、組織の戦略を効果的かつ効率的に実行するために影響を及ぼすプロセスのことをいう。トップマネジメント、ミドルマネジメント、ロワーマネジメントという組織の階層構造をもとにマネジメント・コントロールの4つのプロセスの関係性を明らかにし、予算管理プロセスを通じたマネジメント・コントロールのあり方を考察した。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : This study examines the challenges the management of non-profit organizations faces and how decisions are made to overcome these issues from the perspective of management control. Management control is a process wherein the management of an organization affects its members for effectively and efficiently implementing an organization's strategy. Based on the organizational hierarchy of top, middle, and lower management tiers, we clarified the relationship between four processes of management control and discussed its role through the budget control process.
