研究成果の概要 (和文) : 首都圏で実施したWEB関連ビジネスの起業家90人のサンプルを集めた。経営チーム、資金調達、経営者の活動力、経営者のネットワーク、経営戦略について、いくつかの変数を用意して相関を確認した。成長性は、創業者数の多さ、経営チームの入れ替え、シリーズA調達、目標設定活動、プランニング活動、フィードバックを求める活動、ネットワーキング、ネットワークの多様性、メンター数、新しい製品サービス、顧客アクセス度が、成長性と正の相関があった。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : Our sample consisted of 90 entrepreneurs running a web or a mobile-related business in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We confirmed several factors related to business growth; management team, financing, entrepreneurs’ activity, network, business strategy. Business growth was related to the number of founders, the frequency of changing team, Series A, goal setting, planning, feedback-seeking, networking, network diversity, the number of mentor, the totally new product and the access to customer.
