研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究によって、各国が税務情報等の行政情報を基盤情報として、得られた結果をprofilingと呼ばれる企業・事業所の現状確認によってビジネス・レジスターとして母集団情報を恒常的に更新していること、母集団情報を与える年次フレームは標本抽出だけでなく欠損データの補定にも活用されていること、企業動態統計等も各国で作成されていることが明らかになった。また国によっては統計単位の経緯度情報を変数としてビジネス・レジスターにすでに標準装備しているところがあり、他の国もその取得中であることが明らかになった。得られた研究成果は、わが国で整備中の事業所母集団データベースのシステム構築に反映させた。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : Through the dialogues with foreign expert staffs at survey visits and international workshops organized for this research project we brought to light varied attributes of business registers which national statistical bodies maintain as survey frame. The database is updated based on administrative data and daily profiling operations to identify structural changes of respective businesses. The database is applied not only for sampling the statistical units but also for editing the missing variables and records. It also provides data to business demographic studies. Findings obtained from our research constitute cardinal core concepts in launching Japanese business register.
