研究成果の概要 (和文) : 東アジア諸国における行政文化の研究動向から、初期の研究では文化人類学や文化心理学に基づく「近代化論」・「文化決定論」などが主流を形成し、伝統文化に対する批判や逆機能の強調が関心の対象であったが、1990年を境に、伝統的な慣習や文化的特性に対し現在的な解釈を与え、より融合的な視点を求めていることが流れとして分析できたことである。また、新文化理論や競争価値モデルなどいわゆる新制度主義的なアプローチが行政文化研究の主流を形成しており、より具体的かつ組織的な関心へとその焦点が変化していることである。また、既存の社会制度や政策などに対する文化論的解釈が提起されているといえる。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : from the research trend of the administration culture in the countries in east Asia, "modernization theory" and "cultural determinism" based on cultural anthropology or cultural psychology, etc. formed the mainstream by early research. the criticism to traditional culture and emphasis of the dysfunction were the objects of concern. Giving a present interpretation to traditional custom and cultural characteristic, and searching for the viewpoint of fusion bordering on 1990 is having analyzed as a flow. it is that what is called new system principle approaches, such as a new cultural theory and a competition value model, form the mainstream of administration cultural studies, and the focus is changing to more concrete and more systematic concern. it can be said that the cultural theory interpretation to an existing social system, a policy, etc. is raised.
