研究成果の概要 (和文) : 我々研究グループは、日本型生産システムのアフリカへの移転可能性を調査するべく南アフリカ、ナイジェリア、ケニアそしてザンビアを訪問し、日本企業、現地企業などを調査した。日本企業はアフリカにおいても日本の生産システムを移転しようとしていた。現地の生産性本部（南アフリカ、ナイジェリア）そして南アフリカの自動車産業を構成する欧米企業と現地企業が積極的に日本方式を導入していた。これらの事実発見は日本システムのアフリカへの移転可能性を示すものといえる。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : Our study group visited South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia to investigate on transferability of the Japanese production system and visited Japanese firms as well as local firms. Japanese firms try to implement own prduction system. Interesting enough, Government Productivity Center (SA and Nigeria) and South African automobile industry which are formed by European and American firms try to introduce the Japanese system positively. Those facts findings showed transferbility of the Japanese system there.
