研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究では、小売業における店長や売場管理者等のライン管理者による人材育成行動の実態と規定要因、社員の企業内キャリアへの影響についての解明を試みた。研究課題の遂行にあたり、ライン管理者の人事管理上の役割に関する英国等での先行研究の論点を整理した。これを踏まえ、既存のアンケート調査のデータをもとに、①小売業における人材育成に積極的なライン管理者の特徴や、②スーパーマーケットにおける店舗戦略とライン管理者による人事管理の課題との関係、③大手小売業に勤務する多様な雇用形態の社員の企業内キャリアと就業意識の実態について分析にした。以上の成果として8本の学術論文を刊行している。
研究成果の概要 (英文) : We have focused on the line manager's roles in training and development in Japanese retail sector. Based on the result of intensive literature review, we have analysed [1] the factors wihch affect the activeness of line manager's involvment in training and development, [2] the rerationship between business strategies of food retailers and line manager's roles in personnel management and [3] the employee's work attitude and vocational career in large department stores. We have published eight papers based on these studies.
