Note (General): 【目的】COVID-19の感染拡大により臨地実習を断念し、在宅での模擬実習を基礎看護学実習代替えとした。その実践と評価について報告する。【実践内容】模擬患者は実習目的と本来の実習病院の患者層を考慮し日常生活援助を必要とする高齢者と設定した。A大学が導入しているmanabaを活用し、教材の配信等を行った。学生は毎日更新される患者情報を紙面や動画、模擬電子カルテから収集し、看護過程の展開を行った。実習指導はZoomを用いたオンラインで行い、看護計画実践のみ登校して実施した。学生には実習終了後に実習目標に対する自己評価のアンケートに回答を求めた。【結果・考察】66名（76.4％）から回答を得た。実習目標は概ね達成できており患者の看護についても理解できたが、臨地実習のイメージをつけることは難しく模擬実習の限界であった。模擬実習ではグループディスカッションや個別指導が容易にできる環境等により、知識面の強化ができていた。
