[はじめに]換気が抑制されている閉鎖型苗生産システムの明期におけるCO2濃度は，システム内にCO2を人為的に供給しない限り，植物体の光合成により低下する．したがって，システム内の植物体の光合成および生育を促進させるために，システム内へのCO2供給は不可欠である．他方，換気が抑制されているために，供給したCO2のほとんどは植物体に吸収され，供給したCO2がシステム外へ輸送される比率は小さいと考えられる．本研究では，閉鎖型苗生産システムのCO2収支に関する知見を得ることを目的として，試作した閉鎖型苗生産システム（以下，装置）内でサツマイモ植物体を育成した際のCO2供給量，植物体が吸収したCO2量および換気による装置内外間のCO2輸送量を調べた．
