[はじめに]閉鎖型苗生産システムでは，空調器具の除湿によりシステム内空気中の水を回収・再利用できることから，従来の開放型苗生産システム（例えば，温室など）と比べて，水使用量を大幅に削減できると考えられる．本研究では， 1）植物体育成にかかわる水使用量を削減する， 2）閉鎖型苗生産システム内の水分環境を植物体の生育に適した条件に制御する，ための重要な知見となる，植物体育成時の閉鎖型苗生産システムの水収支の実態を把握した．
