[はじめに]植物組織培養器（以下、培養器）内における気流速度は、圃場や温室内の気流速度と比べて小さい(Kitaya et al., 1995)ために、培養器内におけるガス拡散係数は小さいと考えられる。そこで本研究では、培養器内におけるガス輸送の実態を把握するための基礎的知見を得るために、培養器内における水蒸気の輸送に着目して水蒸気拡散係数の算定を行った。
