[概要]本研究では、稲作地に発生した浸水災害を対象にして、リモートセンシングデータでその被害域を把握することを目的としている。リモートセンシングデータとして、全天候性かつ高空間分解能の合成開口レーダ(Synthetic Aperture Rada : SAR)データを使用して、2015年9月の関東東北豪雨で茨城県常総市に発生した大規模浸水災害を対象としてPALSAR-2データの浸水領域把握に対する有効性を評価する。また、インドネシアのバンドン周辺のテストサイトを対象に継続的に観測されているSentinel-IA のCバンドSARデータを使用して、2017年11月～2018年2月の雨期の後方散乱係数の変化を解析する。
