- type:text研究種目:科学研究費補助金基盤研究(A)報告年度:2001年度研究課題番号:11691172研究概要:本年度は、最終年度で、山口、和田、田中、塚越がインドネシア・バリ島、スラウェシ島、西チモール島、ロンボック島、スンバワ島の調査を行った。フジツボ類については、内湾環境に生息するBalanus amphitrite種群に属す、Balanus amphitrite,B.kondakovi,B.reticulatus,B.variegatus,B.venustus,B.rhizophorae,B.zhujiangensis,B.patelliformisが知られた。最後の3種B.patelliformis,B.rhizophorae,B.zhujiangensisは歴史的に模式種が採集された場所以外に見つかっていなかったが、新たな分布域が分かった。インド-西太平洋に分布する多くの分類群が発見されたが、オセアニア地域にのみ知られたAustrobalanusが唯一パプアニューギニアに発見された。これまでカニ類の報告がないバリ島全域から、9種のスナガニ科カニ類が確認さら、そのうちのTmethypocoelis属の1種は、未記載種であることが明らかとなった。同じくこれまでカニ類の報告がないスラウェシ島Manado周辺のマングローブ域からは、11種のスナガニ科カニ類が確認され、このうちIlyoplax属の1種は、フィリピン、ルソン島で本調査により得られた未記載種と同種であり、そのWaving様式も両地域間で同じであることが明らかとなった。本種は、既知種で西大平洋の大陸寄りの地域に分布するIlyoplax orientalisとIlyoplax tansuiensisに、形態的に類似するが、分子系統樹からは、これら既知種の方が本種よりも近縁であることが示唆された。バリ島において13、スラウェシ島において11、計24の貝形虫用の試料が採取された。…
