- type:text研究概要:深海熱水噴出孔のエボシガイ亜目Neolepas属の摸式種N.zevinae,N.rapanuii(以上東太平洋)、およびN.osheai(南西大西洋、その後Vulcanolepas新属に収容された)の3集団、伊豆小笠原海嶺の明神海丘、第四与那国海丘(以上北西太平洋)、マヌス海盆(西大西洋)、北フィージー海盆、ウラ海盆(以上南西大西洋)、インド洋、からの合計15集団の携帯の記載、比較、分類を行った。最初の冷湧水性エボシガイ類となるAshinkailepas seepiophilia新属新種を記載した(Yamaguchi,Newman & Hashimonto 2004)。またその分類群を熱水域(北伊平屋、明神)に発見記載した。またエディソン海山(Luecolepas longa新属新種)(西大西洋)、スンダ海溝(2番目の冷湧水性)、マリアナ背弧海盆から同様な分類群が新たに得られ、それらについても研究した。分子系統学的研究として、DNA分析可能(下線付き、北伊平屋は同所性の2分類群を使用、東太平洋の地Neolepasと南西太平洋のVulcanolepasはDNA分析可能な標本を持たない・・・研究種目:科学研究費補助金基盤研究(B)報告年度:2003年度研究課題番号:14340154
