Note (General): これまでの小規模風力発電機には軸流プロペラが多く使われている.特に風向の変化する場合の軸流形風車発電機のもつ欠点は,風向の変化に伴いジャイロ効果の働きで振動の発生や強風時の強度や制御に難点が考えられる.そこで風向に変化のある地域では縦軸形風車を採用すべきであると考え,風向によって制御されるセールをもった縦軸風車模型の試作を行ない一応の結果を得たのでこの検討をふまえ,新たに揚力,抗力をもちいて回転力を発生さす風車を試案し計画している.
