Note (General): 高気圧アルゴンガスにルビーレーザ光をレンズで集光照射して,発生したプラズマの全電荷数が捕集電極によって求められた。このとき,全電荷数は電極間距離が増すにつれて減少することが示された。そこで,全電荷数の減少を確かめるために,再結合による損失を合む膨張の式が数値的に解かれた。この結果,実測値と計算値がほぼ一致し,高気圧では再結合による損失が重要で,電子密度に大きく影響することがわかった。
