Note (General): 本論文は結晶性高分子の結晶化温度領域の導電特性を解明するために,連続的温度変化法を用いて直流電圧印加の状態で温度を連続的に変化し,これに基づいた応答電流をポリエチレンおよびポリフッ化ビニリデンについて調べ,高温領域における電気伝導機構を検討したものである。その結果,各々の結晶化温度付近で,見かけの導電率が温度降下とともに,急激に減少するステップ現象が観測された。このステップ現象と結晶化過程との関係から,数kV/cm以下の低電界では,イオン性伝導が主体的であることを明らかにした。
