医療用MRI装置を特殊な設定で稼働させることにより，日本語分節音生成時の声道正中矢状断面の形状変化を毎秒約14ないし27フレームの速度で記録した動画のデータベースと，そのWindowsデスクトップ版の検索アプリ．話者1名あたり，モーラユニグラム・モーラバイグラム・特殊モーラ・朗読・その他の項目合計で1,000語強の発話を収録している．「第1版」では，2017～2021年に収録された，22名分，計約26,000発話のデータを提供する．
This database contains moving images of the midsagittal section of the vocal tract during the production of Japanese utterances, recorded at a rate of 14 or 27 frames per second by using a medical MRI system with special operating settings. A Windows desktop version of the search application is also included. Each speaker uttered a total of over 1,000 words in items such as mora unigrams, mora bigrams, special mora, and narrative speaking. Version 1 provides data on approx. 26,000 utterances recorded between 2017 and 2021 for 22 speakers.
