高齢者向けの音声認識システムの構築を目的として，70歳以上（平均年齢83.3歳）の高齢者の読み上げ音声を収録したデータベース．読み上げ文はS-JNASと同じリストを用い，1話者あたりATR音素バランス503文1セット（50または53文）もしくは新聞記事文1セット（10文）を読み上げている．
This corpus consists of Japanese read speech uttered by elderly people over 70 years old (the average age of speakers is 83.3 years old).The read sentences were the same as S-JNAS. One set of ATR's 503 phonetically balanced sentences (50 or 53 sentences) or one set of newspaper article sentences (10 sentences) per one speaker were recorded.
