Written by Nishimura Sutezō(1843-1908). Published in 1886. This edition was owned by Yōin Sho'oku. It is a sequel to <I>Nantō kiji</I>. The content of this book is how Okinawa became one of the Japanese prefectures with referring <I>Hitori Monogatari</I> of Sai On or the other books, and it emphasized how Okinawa is important from a viewpoint of military purpose. The author was ex-retainer of Hikone domain and became a government official later. He appointed to the 4th Prefectural Governor of Okinawa in 1883, and he left his position and returned to Tokyo in 1886. It is unknown about Yōin Sho'oku. （Updated on September 1, 2017)
