- 内容：弘化４年大地震に関する資料翻刻『新収 日本地震史料 第5巻 別巻6-1』p637１冊 和装本弘化４年3月24日夜おきた善光寺大地震にかんして、被害をうけた大名や代官から幕府へ提出した届書・取調・願書などを集めたものである。乾・坤２冊におさめられており、本巻乾の巻には、松代藩関係の17通が収められている。 松代藩から幕府へ14回。善光寺・飯縄・八幡の三つの支配所についての報告も含む。また善光寺から松代藩への届3通もある。そのほか、上田領だった稲荷山の村々から上田藩への届。高田から犀川湛水の内見分に来た人の聞き書きなどもある。特に松代藩では、3月26日の第一報をはじめに、4月2日には山崩れによる湛水、4回は拝借金願書、5回目は洪水の被害、7回目は水押し被害など被害の状況が判明するたびに届書を報告しており、時々刻々の状況を知ることができる。
