- 存巻目録、第2上、2中、3上、3中、4上、4中、5上、5中、6、7上、7中、8、9上、9中、10〜25寛文年間から万延年間に至る約200年間の岡山城下町の商工業や町人の風俗、生活統制に関する法令、町人から（惣）年寄、町奉行へ差出した諸願書や諸記録を分類編集したもの。（『池田家文庫マイクロ版資料目録』改訂増補 丸善 1992年刊） 本資料は、廃藩置県の際、岡山藩からに岡山県庁に移管された岡山藩文書の一部である。目録及び35巻42冊の計43冊からなるが、巻1を欠く。 なお、明治10年代に、池田家がこれを借用して転写したのが、岡山大学附属図書館所蔵池田家文庫「市政提要」（35巻24冊）である。
