Contents：: 医学の故事や心得を千字文に仕立てたもの。本文の前に作者の伝「東山先生小伝」（文政１２年３月、仙台侍医大槻茂楨記）あり。作者は仙台藩儒で天明年間に９０歳で没。(Provided by: デジタルアーカイブシステムADEAC)
