旧目録、『扁鵲真流鍼書』『扁鵲真流鍼之極意切紙』『真撰小銅人略図』『針灸歌之書』を「鍼灸之書」として一括する（同筆、同様の装丁）。抹茶色鳥の子紙表紙、雲母刷模様入りの光悦謡本に用いられた表紙。模様は、表章著『鴻山文庫本の研究』所収「光悦謡本雲母模様一覧」に見える「二一 水辺の山」にほぼ類似。半丁１０行。
