当色（公家の位階・職掌に相当する装束の色等のこと）についての考証書。漢字カナ交じり。神祇式、官位令、衣服令等に見える用例を引き、按語を付す。本文３丁半。末に別筆で有職故実に通じた竹屋光棣による補考２丁半を付す。続日本紀等の用例を補い、按語を付す。末尾の結論部分「サテ按ニ当色トイヘルニ位袍モアリ又其日...
