Contents：: 嘗て金津郷三函（さばこ）庄と呼ばれた磐城国磐前郡湯本村（現・いわき市常磐湯本町）の略地誌。漢字カナ交じり。「逆旅三十戸旅客五千人」という温泉地。項目見出しは、疆域、幅員、管轄沿革、里程、地勢、地味、税地、字地、貢税、戸数、人数、馬、車、山、川、道路、堤塘、温泉、社、寺、学校、郵便、物産（記事は空白）...

Analysis：: 奥書等なし。書中最新の年記は明治１０年（「小社」条）。「人数」等は明治９年１月調の数字を掲げる。「温泉」条に「今ヲ距ル九百七十七年前醍醐帝之年間延喜五年」とあり、逆算すると明治１４年頃の成立。(Provided by: デジタルアーカイブシステムADEAC)
