タイトル注記：原題簽存（左肩無辺、金紙）。旧書名「弘法大師御遺告」。巻子本改装紺色表紙。見返は金切箔散し。軸頭は蓮華の彫刻のある金属製。料紙薄様（裏打あり）。１紙の幅42.0糎前後。高さ19.8糎、幅2.4糎程の薄墨罫あり。１行２４字注双行。「勝憲云」とある朱書補注あり。...

空海が門弟に遺した遺戒。漢文体。全２５条。朱・墨による訓点・補注書入あり（数筆あり）。鳥羽宝蔵所蔵の自筆本等との校合書入あり。巻頭に朱書識語「鳥羽宝蔵弘法大師押手御筆本校之以朱注之但朱付不書筆字示異耳／表紙裏続自在横御手印余竪也」。(Provided by: デジタルアーカイブシステムADEAC)
