金茶色絹装表紙、段繋地・七宝花菱文（織文）。表紙破損あり。見返金切箔揉箔散し。○もと３巻で伝わり、残りの２巻はお茶の水図書館成簣堂文庫の所蔵。享保年間に編まれた萩藩士関係の文書集『閥閲録』に本資料群の一部の写しが入る。昭和３８年、愛知県指定文化財。
