Written and published by Kubo Tenzui. His real name was Kubo Tokuji and he was a scholar of Chinese literature. Printed by Ofuji Kōnosuke at Kaimeidō print shop in September 1933. Japanese binding style. Not for sale. It is a collection of Kanshi (漢詩; Chinese poetry) which Tenzui composed during his journey to Ryukyu. In this book, his works are arranged in the order of his itinerary. He started his journey from Taiwan by ship and arrived at Okinawa Island via Yaeyama and Miyakojima. Then starting from Shuri/Naha he travelled the length of Okinawa Island from south to north. Then, he went to Kyoto via Amami Ōshima, Kagoshima, Miyazaki, Ōita, Okehazama and Kuwana. He returned to Taiwan after going through Nagaragawa, Arima Onsen. This collection contains works he composed before returning to Taiwan. It contains 130 kanshi and most of them are composed about the Ryukyu Archipelago including Amami Ōshima. Tenzui composed kanshi on each island, as well as historic sites (Shurijo castle, Naminoue Shrine, etc...) and people he encountered (Majikina Ankō, Shōjun, etc...). In this book, there are many notes written in red. For a more detailed description, see Uezato Kenichi, “Kubo Tenzui Ryūkyū Yūsō ni tsuite,” in Ryūchū rekishi kankei ronbunshū: Ryūchū rekishi kenkei kokusai gakujutsu kaigi dai 2 kai (Ryūchū rekishi kankei kokusai gakujutsu kaigi jikkō i'inkai, 1989), pp. 17-56.
