- 扉題は「伊呂波歌」となっている。編者は名護朝[宏]か。程順則の教訓歌47首が収載された手書き私製本である。後半は編者の母の法要(供物）に関する事柄が記されている。成立年不明。This was edited by Mr. Nago (first name illegible, but possibly Tomohiro or Chōkō). It is a privately made book, including 47 didactic verses, composed by Tei Junsoku. The latter half of the book is about the seventh bardo, or the forty-ninth day after death, of Nago's mother, including, for example, a list of offerings. The completion date is unknown.
