- 巻頭に「越前国内神明帳の考証」（森田良見著）を付す。奥書に「右越前国内神明帳一巻，明治十二年五月越前藩士族同国今立郡日野庄日野神社祠掌赤松則弘氏，以自筆謄写被恵于予，実北陸道七箇国中之旧記，而可謂越国之古書也、故今更以愚筆謄写，而校合延喜式神名帳，且以六国史及日本紀略・姓氏録・古事記・旧事記・古語拾遺・和名抄・万葉集・古今集等自余之諸記録加傍注，附記愚按，而為吾蔵書之副本，永世伝于子孫者也，于時明治三十一年五月上旬，柿園舎主人紀良見誌七十六歳」とあり。赤松則弘旧蔵本は「美濃越前神明帳」（No.181）の内にあり。
