- 奥書に「右総持寺古文書写者，前田家書籍編輯長野口之布奉前田公之内命，明治十八年秋与横山政和巡廻能登国口奥諸郡，而捜索神社・仏閣等所伝来之古記・古文書，于時櫛比惣持寺所蔵之古器・古文書頗多，数日滞留而縦覧之，悉謄写而為二巻，携帰，予見其写窃購求于野口氏，後日為謄写之，今年明治二十年四月野口氏亦来于金沢之際，従東京携来而示之，予則熟覧彼二巻，凡以類叙次古文，而倉卒謄写之，為一巻，納于書櫃者也，于時明治二十年六月下旬，柿園平次識」とあり。
