- 和漢古書につき記述対象資料毎に書誌レコード作成写本巻尾の書名: 鳳闕亂離諍題簽に「一名鳳闕亂離諍」とあり原奥書に「原本四條殿下御秘藏書 吉水院北窻燈下冩畢 亨徳四乙亥龍宿仲秋吉辰 日野中納言殿下執筆 従六位上前大和大椽藏人介入道宗信」「此度右冩本ニ憑洛西正法山妙心寺玉鳳院塔北窻ニ於テ冩之畢 慶長九丙申年十一月冬至日 桑門 南源薫 執筆(花押)」とあり巻末に「古本鳳闕作芳闕亦亂作嵐文離諍作史憚時勢改文字焉 薫恭判」「古本大尾ニ曰 文安四年丁卯八月十五日故四條前大納言資朝卿吉水院法印阿闍梨圓胤義有大僧正相供南山秘録要點抜選宝徳三辛未年清和吉辰日野有親在判」「以上紙數九拾四枚此外南山霞曙八拾五枚者薫編述遺稿有之分略訖」とあり挟みもの: 得能通義より岡先生宛書簡1通(貼付)虫損あり
