「原爆関係資料」「太平洋戦域での両軍の軍事作戦」「中国共産党に関する報告」の3つのグループからなる。「原爆関係資料」は主として建物等への被害状況を調査した内容である。被災地の写真を含む。「太平洋戦域での両軍の軍事作戦」は、陸軍情報局（Military Intelligence Service）や海軍情報部（Intelligence Division）による、太平洋地域の日本占領地や日本の主要な港の報告書が主な資料。「中国共産党に関する報告」は日本語の手書き原稿。

戦略爆撃調査団団長室作成の索引には含まれていない資料。
