並列タイトル等Development of high-frequency pulse gyrotron at the second harmonic oscillation
一般注記Researches of gyrotron development have so far progressed toward obtaining high frequency and high power radiations. High frequency gyrotrons have been developed for many applications. We are developing a high power pulse gyrotron in the sub terahertz frequency range as a power source of collective Thomson scattering (CTS) diagnostics on the Large Helical Device (LHD) in National Institute for Fusion Science. For this purpose, a gyrotron in a high frequency of 350 - 400 GHz with a power level of 100 kW is desired. We have realized oscillation around 50 kW in this frequency range at second harmonic with a gyrotron of demountable type. Following this gyrotron, a sealed-off type gyrotron was manufactured. Experiment with the new gyrotron in now ongoing.
