並列タイトル等Study on the Dynamics of Customer Loyalty from the Service-Dominant Logic Perspective using Agent-Based Simulation
一般注記This thesis holds the view that customer loyalty in modern markets has become a dynamically changing property with the interactions among market entities; hence, the study on customer loyalty requires systems thinking approach. There, it attempts to develop an agent-based market model as a means of studying the dynamic patterns of customer loyalty in competitive business environments. The originality of the work mainly resides in the fact that the model is formulated from the emerging service-dominant logic perspective, which is a novel mindset to look at market interactions and value creation from a systems view point. The thesis presents the details of the formalization of the model, key outcomes as well as a discussion on a potential application in tourism.
