• 要約等: <p>The purpose of this study was to clarify the self-care that cancer patients receiving outpatient radiation therapy should practice during the treatment process. First, we created a draft 48 item self-care list that should be put into practice based on a literature review and a questionnaire survey of certified nurses. Next, the content validity of the self-care list was examined using the modified Delphi method by a total of 6 people: 3 Certified Nurse Specialists in Cancer Nursing and 3 Certified Nurses in Radiation Oncology Nursing. The examination procedure consisted of a first survey using a questionnaire, a face-to-face meeting, and a second survey using a questionnaire. As a result, 44 items were selected as representing self-care that cancer patients receiving outpatient radiation therapy should practice during the treatment process, meeting the consensus standard of I-CVI 0.78 or higher. The 44 self-care items consisted of 7 items applicable to the time of choosing treatment, 10 items covering the period from decision-making to initial irradiation, 20 items relating to the treatment period, and 7 items concerning the period after treatment. The created 44 item self-care list can be used as nursing indicators to support self-care, and help improve patients’ self-care.</p>; <p>本研究は、外来通院で放射線療法を受けるがん患者が治療過程において実践すべきセルフケアを明らかにすることを目的とした。最初に、文献検討と認定看護師への質問紙調査から48項目の実践すべきセルフケア原案を作成した。次に、がん看護専門看護師3名、がん放射線療法看護認定看護師3名の計6名による修正デルファイ法で内容的妥当性を検討した。検討の手順は、質問紙による1回目の調査、対面の会議、質問紙による2回目の調査とした。その結果、外来で放射線治療を受けているがん患者が治療過程において実践すべきセルフケアとして、I-CVI 0.78以上の合意基準を満たす44項目が抽出された。治療選択時7項目、意思決定から初回照射10項目、治療期間中20項目、治療後7項目の44のセルフケアであった。これらはセルフケアを支援する看護の指標として活用でき、患者のセルフケアを高める一助となる。</p>
