The reproduction is by Dot Gradations, Wickford, England, the printing is by Memminger MedienCentrum, Memmingen, Germany, and the binding is by Lachenmaier, Reutlingen, Germany. The boxes are made by G. Ryder and Co., Milton Keynes, England, lined with hand-marbled paper by Jemma Lewis. The edition is limited to one thousand copies, of which this is number: 276"--Insert
