The reproduction is by Dot Gradations, Wickford, England, the printing is by Memminger MedienCentrum, Memmingen, Germany, and the binding is by Lachenmaier, Reutlingen, Germany. The boxes are made by G. Ryder and Co., Milton Keynes, England, lined with hand-marbled paper by Jemma Lewis. The edition is limited to one thousand copies, of which this is number: 276"--Insert
"Publication of this limited edition of 1,000 copies will be on 1 May 2013, to coincide with the opening of a new exhibition at the museum entitled 'Van Gogh at Work'.
