「おくのむらさき」は，紫黒米の「東北糯149号」と「奥羽331号」(後の「ふくひびき」)の組合せから育成された水稲の紫黒米粳品種である。同じ紫黒米の「朝紫」と比較し，出穂期は同程度，成熟期は4日程度遅く，育成地では早生の晩の熟期で，稈長は短く，穂長は長く，穂数は少なく，耐倒伏性は強い。いもち病の真性...
