枝豆の鮮度保持のための包装資材及び保存温度について検討し、次の結果を得た。　1.呼吸量は、保存温度が高くなるほど大きくなり、呼吸商は5から15℃で4.07、15℃から25℃で2.13となった。このことから、収穫後及び流通時の温度管理が枝豆の品質に大きく影響することが示唆された。　2.OPP+包装は、...
