Summary, etc.: <p>本研究では，ポストコロナ期におけるオープンキャンパスの実施や改善に向けて，2021（令和3）年度から2023（令和5）年度の東北大学新入学者アンケートの結果をもとに，オープンキャンパスの参加形態が入学者の志望決定に及ぼす影響を検討した。半数以上の入学者は自分が入学した学部のオープンキャンパスに何らかの形態で参加したことが確認できた。また，参加したオープンキャンパスが本学への志望決定の「決め手となった」割合については，対面とオンラインの両方による参加経験者が，一方だけの参加経験者より高かった。このことから，オンラインと対面の融合はハイブリッドといった物理的な複合だけではなく，個人の内面における体験の多元性といった点にも着目していく必要性があることが示唆された。</p>
