- <p>機能性ディスペプシア（FD）は，胃運動障害，内臓知覚過敏，心理社会的要因など多因子の病態が関与するコモンディジーズである．しばしば他の機能性消化管疾患のオーバーラップがみられ，病態の複雑化，症状の重症化やQOLの低下を招く．ローマ委員会の活動や近年の研究により病態の理解は進んでいるが，日常診療における治療成績にはなお課題が残る．FDの治療効果の向上には，個々の病態や患者背景を考慮し，薬物療法に加えて患者教育，生活習慣の改善，心理的アプローチを含む統合的治療が求められる．本稿ではFDの研究動向と日本における診療ガイドラインの変遷，診療現場における課題と実践的対応について概説する．</p>
