Note (General): 特別支援教育とは、それまでの特殊教育が対象とした児童生徒に加えて、通常学級に在籍する障害のある児童生徒も含んだ教育である。本研究では、障害のある子どもたちに対する分かりやすい学習支援とは、通常学級のすべての児童生徒にとっても分かりやすい支援であると考え、研究を進めた。さらに子どもたちの学習支援を充実したものとするためには、教員自身も特別支援教育に精通しておく必要があると考え、研修機会を増やすため、大学における研修会（和歌山大学特別支援教育コーディネーターフォーラム）を和歌山県下にTV会議システムを利用して、配信する試みを行った。この研修会を、本プロジェクト研究の発表の場としても活用した。
