研究概要：ラオスの２基幹病院における院内感染のエビデンス調査を教材とした「感染看護教育プログラム」を開発した。プログラムの内容は、1.施設の管理者からなる感染対策チーム支援組織の構築、2.看護師を中心とした調査チーム(実働チーム)の組織、3.入院患者の感染徴候・症状の調査、4.感染部位の特定、5.検体採取、6.検査結果のフィードバック、7.3～6をふまえたディスカッション、8.感染ルートの特定、9.感染ルートに沿った感染対策策定であった。この教育プログラムは院内感染の実態を強く意識付ける効果があり、概念の理解および対策樹立に貢献できる。
