研究概要（和文）：今回我々が行った口腔癌に対するHPV検索の結果、低悪性が高悪性よりもHPV陽性率が高い傾向にあった。我々は口腔癌のバイオマーカーであるIL-8産生機構とHPVとの関連について細胞生物学的に解析し、炎症反応依存的にIL-8が産生される機序にHPVが関与していることを見出した。
研究概要（英文）：We found that the ratio of HPV infection is higher in low grade than high grade of oral cancer. We studied the association of oral cancer biomarker IL-8 and HPV infection with molecular biological method. We found that HPV E6 protein regulates inflammation dependent IL-8 production.
