Note (General): 本研究は、エンドオブライフケアについて、看護学基礎教育および卒後教育に活用できるブレンディッド型e-learning教材を開発することを目的としている。初年度、エンドオブライフケア実践者からエンドオブライフケアの現状と教育ニーズに関するインタビュー調査を行った。その結果を基に、コミュニケーション演習教材を作成し、学部生の講義、院内研修およびホームページで公開して学習の機会を提供している。映像教材は、リアリティを感じて考える機会を提供できた一方、教材を視聴するだけでは、教育効果があまり得られないなど、その活用方法についての課題が明らかとなった。　　　This study developed blended e-learning materials usable for basic nursing education and postgraduate education for end of life care. In the first year, we interviewed end-of-life care practitioners about the problems and challenges of end-of-life care and their consequent educational needs. Based on those results, we created communication practice materials and provided undergraduate lectures, in-hospital training, and opened a website to provide learning opportunities. Our visual teaching materials offer opportunities to think and feel about reality, but viewing the teaching materials did not produce clear educational effects, exposing the need for better proliferation.
