Note (General): 昨今,少子高齢化が深刻化している中で,出生率を内生化した世代重複モデルによる分析が盛んに行われている。しかし,先行研究のほとんどは,完全雇用を前提としている。現実には失業が存在するのではないか。本稿では,失業をモデル化した労働組合賃金交渉モデルを用い,育児支援税が雇用,子ども数にもたらす影響を分析した。まず,育児支援税の増加は,失業率を上昇させ,資本ストックを減少させる。新たにわかったこととして,失業の増加は,可処分所得の減少を通して,子ども数を減少させる。また,一定の条件を満たすとき,育児支援税の導入で経済全体の一人当たり子ども数が減少する。結論として,育児支援税も,過剰になると逆効果になることがわかった。また新たに,失業保険給付率の上昇は,失業の上昇による可処分所得の減少を通して,子ども数を減少させることがわかった。
