学校を基盤とするカリキュラム開発の成立と発展のためには,リーダーシップが重要である。筆者らは,カリキュラム・リーダーシップ概念に注目し,その構造をモデル化するとともに,それに該当する事例を収集・整理した。そして,実践的リーダーが,この概念を理解し,自身の実践に活用するためのハンドブックの作成を試みた。20名を越えるリーダー教師たちに,ハンドブックを評価してもらった結果,その実践的有効性,さらなる改善課題が明らかになった。
Leadership is quite important for teachers to be engaged in School-Based Curriculum Development(SBCD). We paid special attention to made the structural model of the curriculum leadership through literary review. In addition, we made some case studies on the curriculum leadership in practice. On the basis of the results from those researches, we developed the handbook on SBCD for leader teachers. More than 20 leader teachers used the handbooks for formative evaluation. It is proved that the handbook is the useful for the teachers to understand and coordinate SBCD in their schools, and should be improved partially.
